FHWA – OTHER INNITIATIVESHIGHWAYS FOR LIFE • LIFE is an acronym for Long lasting highways using Innovative technologies and practices to accomplish Fast construction of Efficient and safe pavements and bridges. • The proposal is to have 1 billion dollars set aside for special projects that meet this criteria (FAST CONSTRUCTION USING INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES).
