  2. FMI begins 2011 with a balanced budget

  3. A seven year decline in Global Mission Fund revenue has stabilized

  4. FMI is repairing relationships with pastors, leaders and congregations

  5. FMI will be clear about vision, mission and strategy and is eager to develop U.S. and global partnerships

  6. FMI, in consultation with the U.S. Foursquare Church and our global Foursquare family, will develop for implementation in 2012, a comprehensive global strategy that will be served by an effective global structure.

  7. FMI will better lead and manage our U.S. and global teams for greater fruitfulness and accountability

  8. FMI has begun and is engaged in a review of our FMI staff and deployed missionaries to clarify their assignments, responsibilities and effectiveness

  9. FMI will strive to carefully listen and to effectively communicate

  10. FMI will adequately “fund to mission” our U.S. and global missionary personnel

  11. FMI will ensure that we have an effective and clear process that results in the deployment of called, qualified and gifted individuals
