Introduction • Based on Concept of : • Dynamic Workflow System • Green IT • Motive is to Automate the Marks Re-Evaluation Process • Marks Re-Evaluation System will be Web based application • Stakeholders related to this system will be student, college, examiner • Detailed level of Reporting to help college to know about the no. of students applying for re-evaluation, branch wise, subject wise etc

Proposed System (1-2) • Developing web based application for submitting marks re-evaluation • Online facility to submit re-evaluation application • Student need to fill up a form with relevant details like subject, exam seat no, question paper code, marks obtained etc • Application will be sent to college Clerk queue where he will verify the details and pass it to next level i.e. examiner • A SMS and an Email will be sent to student mobile whenever his application is approved or rejected

Proposed System (2-2) • Student can track his application online by login into account • College will also be able to track the applications with respect to: • No of Students applying for re-evaluation • No. of students by branch wise • No of students by subject wise • No of applications approved /rejected • College can track all these results through detailed level of reporting
