CfE Planning ~ Models 1. Traditional Model S3 & S4 8 Subjects at National 4 or 5 over two years? S6 3-5 Subjects at National 4/5 S1 & S2 10-15 Subjects S5 5 Subjects at National 4/5/HG Positive Destinations 2. Common CfE Model S1 Transition Year 10-15 Subjects S4 5 Subjects at National 4 or 5 S5 5 Subjects at National 4/5/HG S2 & S3 8 Subjects S6 3-5 Subjects at National 4/5 Positive Destinations 3. DHS CfE Model S5 5 Subjects at National 4/5/HG Transition Year S4 7 Subjects at National 4/ 5 S1 – S3 12 Subjects 10+ at National 4 by end S3 S6 3-5 Subjects at National 4/5 or HG/AH Positive Destinations
By the end of S3: • No early presentations • Options in January of S3 • National 4 in 10-12 subjects possible • Senior Phase begins April of S3 (New timetable will begin on first day of Study Leave) 2011 S3 SQA Results SCQF Level 4+ in English ~ 98% SCQF Level 4+ in Maths ~ 96%
