Cornrow Grading Rubric • Powerpoint has a title slide with group members names, period, and group number • Each design has a minimum of 4 separate braids • Each design has an explanation of the mathematics behind the design including: • Translation, Starting Point, Starting Angle,
Cornrows design project • Each student should complete their own cornrow design. • Describe each step of the problem solving process that you used to create your design. • Highlight mathematical concepts such as iteration, translation, dilation, and reflection that you used and where and how they are used. • Each group will create a powerpoint and email it to jtodaro@bcps.k12.md.us with the subject header: PERIOD#_CORNROW_GROUP# • The powerpoint must include your design (60%) and your process (40%)
