  3. What Are the Steps of LEAD • Identify members for a strong team • Explore the community’s interests and concerns • Generate a plan of action to pursue at least one opportunity • Take action to accomplish the plan

  5. In This Session We Will: • Consider the composition of the LEAD team • Develop a list of potential partners • Create a call to action
