  2. About Hinduism In the island of Bali most people are Hindus. The word Hindu come from a river called Indus. Hinduism is the world third most popular religion it is practice 80% of India ‘s population. There is 900 million people that follow Hinduism.

  3. Their God Hindu families chose their god or godness they want to worship.Hereissomename of godtheyworship. Brahaman is the first god that Hindus worship or we can call him the creator.

  4. How do Hindu worship Hindus worship at home and have a Shrine. A shrine can be a little room with picture and statues of the gods. Hindu families often worship together. At the shrine Hindus offer things like flowers , fruit, water and incence for a murti. A murti is a statue of a god or goddess. Hindus have temple it’s called the mandir.The temple is dedicated to many different god. Hindus mostly go to the temple in the weekend.

  5. The holy book Their holy book is called the Vedas . It is written with the most ancient sacred text called the Sanskrit. What is the Vedas . The Vedas is the oldest religious text in Hinduism. The word Vedas mean knowledge or wisdom. The books is so special that it is keep in glass case.

  6. Hindus Holiday Diwali is known as the festival of light. It is celebrant at mid- on October and mid- December. On this day Hindus eat vegetarian food and sweats . At quarter to six they start lighting up the dyias on their lawn or in their house. Holi is probably the least religous holiday. During this day people throw colour powered and water to family and friends.

  7. Their believes Hindus believe in reincarnation. They believe that the soul is immortal and takes birth time to time. They are vegetarian because the Hindus believe eating animal is not good. Hindus believe that if they have the red dot on there forehead they have God`s bessing.
