Attachment Online Module • Objectives: • This module is developed to improve and enhance the service delivery. • To create attachment for supporting document to be attached online when trader apply permit. • Purposes: • To help improve the quality of services in terms of: • - Approval Processing time • - Reduce Cost • - Faster Business turn-around

Customer Survey Online Form • Objectives: • This survey is conducted to gather feedbacks concerning services in relation to application for Export and Import Licenses in complying with the requirement of ISO 9001:2008. • Purposes: • To help STIDC to improve and enhance the quality of services for customer’s satisfaction. • To help DNT to improve and enhance the quality of system services for customer’s satisfaction.
