    19. Halton Region Health Department April 2004 PROPS Evaluation Leaders – Program and individuals Supervisor School Administrator Keep your pre- and post evaluations for future reference. Leaders fill out an evaluation to evaluate the program, and the supervisor evaluates the leader’s skills and abilities. Good tool for on-going leadership development. School administrator – principal, before and after evaluation would be most beneficial. Before, use the Quantitative Statistics: tool on page 54. Do it before you begin to develop your PROPS program. It will give you a snapshot of what is happening in your school at the present time. After a few months of PROPS you can re-evaluate to see if any of the indicators have changed. Please use the evaluation tools. This is a great way to improve what you are doing and to get further support for your efforts. Administrators, and grant givers are more likely to support programs that can be shown to be effective. For those schools who have participated in the IWALK program, the funding for active playground programming may continue, and the coordinator could be asking you for your evaluation results in order to receive funding.Leaders fill out an evaluation to evaluate the program, and the supervisor evaluates the leader’s skills and abilities. The second 5 minutes will consist of one person being a leader and teaching the game to the rest of the group. Stephanie and I will be in the centre with a whistle and we will blow once after 5 minutes and twice for the station change. Rotate in the direction of the arrows.
