GT was coming from Schenectady, flange to flange project . Destination= GSPC power plant situated at Pipavav. Origin = July 31 from Mundra port • Delivery terms (FAS) excluded GE from Logistics Support • Bridge over Shetrunjay river collapsed, 4 died • Route survey & bridge strength assessment not performed. No permit obtained for route • 128-wheel truck truck was carrying 17 crew members • The 10-pillar bridge over was opened 1984. The 240-long bridge was 8.25 meter broad and 15 meters high, and the gap between two pillars is 24 meters.
