Government ICT Policy • Develop basic telecommunication network • nationwide to provide equal access for people, community and various organization; • Encourage the development of the nation in • becoming a knowledge-based economy with modern telecommunication service to serve business demand and employ information technology to improve public service such as public education, public heath and logistics to increase national competitiveness.
