  2. Journal Entry: if I were stranded on an island… Have you ever fantasized about being stranded on an uninhabited island? If not, consider it for a moment. Write a short scenario about what you can envision. Can you imagine some good and bad things about the experience?

  3. Journal Entry: Survivor…Lord of the Flies Edition Imagine you are on the T.V. show Survivor, and your tribe members are the characters from Lord of the Flies. You have vote one of your tribe members off the island. Which character will you vote off the island? Why? Give at least three reasons to support your decision, including at least one quotation from the book. Consider: Will you eliminate the weakest character? The character who is your biggest competition? Or a character who could potentially become dangerous?
