  3. Significance • The two plans are more alike then different. • Others say Hillary’s plan is more difficult for poor people.

  5. Significance of story • U.S has had a difficult history with Fidel Castro. • U.S hoping Cuba becomes a democratic country.

  6. Cartoon one • Oscar- To show that the award would go to Raul. • No going to change anything asks brother for opinion.

  7. Cartoon two • Fidel Castro is the only one sick They others wish they were because there not getting a lot of votes.
