Irlandbesuch vom 15.04.-20.04.2015Rahmendaten Transfer Hinreise: Mittwoch, 15.04.2015 Abfahrt Riemenschneider Gymnasium ca. 6.00 Uhr (Transfer zum Flughafen durch Busunternehmen Lyst) Hinflug Frankfurt/Main – Dublin (Lufthansaflug LH 0978) 10.00 – 11.00 Uhr (eine Stunde Zeitverschiebung) Transfer Dublin - Kilcoole , Dauer ca. 30 Min Rückreise: Montag, 20.04.2015 Abfahrt ca. 14.30 Uhr von Kilcoole Rückflug Dublin - Frankfurt/Main (Lufthansaflug LH 0981) 17.50 – 20.50 Uhr (Transfer vom Flughafen durch Busunternehmen Lyst) Ankunft Riemenschneider Gymnasium ca. 22.30 Uhr

Packliste • Personalausweis oder Reisepass - 6 Monate Gültigkeit • Adapter für elektrische Geräte (Nordeuropa/Irland) • Schreibblock/Stifte für Schulbesuch • Bekleidung für 6 Tage, feste Schuhe für Wanderung, warme (regendichte) Jacke/Schal • Bitte beachten: Koffergewicht: max 20 kg! • 1 Gastgeschenk – hier ein paar Ideen:

Estimated ProgramDay 1 Wednesday • The flight from Frankfurt will arrive in Dublin Airport • Welcome at Coláiste Chraobh Abhann • Students will take part in lessons like cooking and metal work. • Students will be collected by host family at 5.00pm • The students will spend the remainder of the evening with the host family; this will involve a family meal and time to chat.

  5. Day 2 - Thursday • The students will have breakfast with the host family and attend school by travelling with the host student. • The host student and visiting student will need a packed lunch from the host family. • They will attend a range of classes until 10.25 and have their break until 10.45 • The host students and visiting students will walk to the main street in Kilcoole to take the bus to Greystones. They will travel from Greystones to Dublin by train and enjoy a visit to Trinity College and The Book of Kells or the Guinness Brewery and have some time for shopping. • The students will return to Greystones at approximately 6pm and can be collected by the host families. • The remainder of the evening will be spent with the host family

  6. Day 3 - Friday • Morning assembly at school • The Students will walk to Bray taking the picturesque cliff walk. • They will have their packed lunch in Bray. • The students will return to the school by 3.50pm. • They will have their evening meal with the host family • Evening Activity • Meeting at the school at around 7.30pm to take part in a team building activity including games, drama and dance. • Parents can collect students from the school at 10.30pm

  7. Day 4 - Saturday • The student will spend the day with the host family. • They will have their meals with the host family and perhaps some shopping time. • The students will involve themselves in the usual activities that the family engages in on Saturdays. Evening activity • The students will meet at the Diamond Bowl in Wicklow Town for Bowling in the evening.

  8. Day 5 Sunday • The students will spend the day with the host family. • The students may choose to meet up as a group and go to the cinema or do an activity with the host family.

  9. Day 6 - Monday • The students will have breakfast with the host family and attend school by travelling with the host student. • The students will spend the morning walking to the beach in Kilcoole. • The bus will collect the students from school and take them to the airport.

  10. Besuch der Iren vom 06.05.- 11.05.2015 Vorläufiges Programm Mittwoch, 06.05.: • Ankunft abends am RiG • Abholen der Austauschschüler durch die Gasteltern • Zeit in den Familien

  11. Donnerstag, 07.05.2015 • Begrüßung in der Schule um 8.00 Uhr • Besuch des Unterrichts bis einschließlich 4. Stunde (Sportsachen mitnehmen) • Wanderung zur Festung – Picknick • Stadtrundgang mit Führung durch die Schüler oder Stadtführer • Zeit zur freien Verfügung • Abendprogramm Beginn 18.00 Uhr: Festakt im Ratsaal – 15-jähriges Partnerschaftsjubiläum Würzburg-Bray, County Wicklow

  12. Freitag, 08.05.2015 • Vormittag: Fahrt mit dem Linienbus zum Kletterwald Einsiedel • Mittag: Picknick im Gramschatzer Wald • Nachmittag zur freien Verfügung • Abendprogramm: Grillen am Main oder Pizzaessen

  13. Samstag, 09.05.2015 • Zeit in den Familien für Ausflüge • Freiwilliges Treffen der SchülerInnen, zum Beispiel: Stadtflohmarkt Talavera Schwimmbadbesuch Kulturspeicher …

  14. Sonntag, 10.05.2015 12.00 Uhr: Eröffnung Frühling international, Landesgartenschaupark unterhalb der Festung Thema : Irische Partnerschaft mit Bray/County Wicklow Anfrage der Stadt Würzburg – Beitrag der Schüler?

  15. Montag, 11.05.2015 • Englischsprachige Führung durch die Residenz mit Iren • Mittags: Zeit in den Familien - Packen • Abfahrt zum Flughafen am RIG wird noch bekannt gegeben.

  16. Hinweise • Eltern haben die Aufsichtspflicht abends und an den Wochenenden • Bitte das Jugendschutzgesetz beachten (Alkoholkonsum, Aufenthalt in Gaststätten und Diskotheken bis 24.00 Uhr) Bei Fragen und Problemen bitte an Frau Odoj (0173 4774192) oder Frau Köhler (0160 7216108) wenden.
