May DRWG PRD/DR ATT Cutover Issues 1 • Requesting permission for load changes of >= 5 MW (Reference Market Rule 1 III.E.5.1) • Contact is by DDE via Telephone to Control Room • DDE’s have the number to call. • Call must be made between 15 and 60 minutes prior to the start of the interruption. • Control Room will set a Denied Flag in the event that an interruption is denied. • Not required for an OP4 Dispatch • Required for Transitional Demand Response DA cleared or RT eligible hours
May DRWG PRD/DR ATT Cutover Issues 2 • Change in Notice Required for Requesting an Audit for the Following Month • Now Require 7 business days’ notice • This is to allow for audit plans to be set early in a month, and to resolve any concurrent audit requirements • Audits requested for the window to start in-month continue to have a 1 day notice requirement, which is coded into the DR-ATT
May DRWG PRD/DR ATT Cutover Issues 3 • Incremental Gen Update • We will begin to approve new incremental gen assets when new BLTS system is released expected on May 10 • All changes must respect T-7 boundary • We will work with Participants on any issues, including mapping restrictions. • ‘New’ assets must be mapped to same resource as retiring assets. • For retiring assets, performance through May 31 will continue to be submitted via DRMUI until May resettlement in October. • ‘New’ asset’s must have baseline in time for June model cut.
May DRWG PRD/DR ATT Cutover Issues 4 • DRMUI will be unavailable for about 12 hours during the PRD BLTS Release, currently scheduled for May 8-9. • We will provide a notice of the outage when the date and times are finalized. • DRMUI Performance on May 10 may be below normal • DR-ATT may be unavailable for about 3 hours on May 9
