PAOE Paperwork Action Plan • Deadline: November 15th • MUST send in the form • All the Chapter Officers • Minimum of $100 • 50 PAOE Points Great example of RP & PAOE at work together! • Deadline: October 1st • Helps to create an action plan • 50 PAOE Points Creating a plan to meet goal and earn more points!   4. Other Important PAOE Dates • November 1st • Volunteer Committee Formed • 15 points • November 30th • Donor Recognition • 25 points • Spring RP Night • Highlighting RP at Chapter Meetings • 25 points each (limit 2)

  5. Donor Recognition • More than just earning Points • Saying Thank You • You order your Donor Rec items from Headquarters • $Less than $500 receive certificates • $500+ items are sent directly to the chapter • PUBLIC recognition, PUBLIC Thanks!

  6. Goal Related PAOE Dates • December 30th • 30% of Goal Raised • 50 points • June 15th • 100% of Goal Raised • 100 points • June 30th • Ultimate Deadline

  7. Going Above & Beyond Goal • High 5 • Highest amount received in 5 years • 100 points • Challenge Goal • 5% over High Five • 300 points

  8. Monthly Spreadsheet & Reports • Spreadsheet emailed Monthly • Keeps track of PAOE Actions and Points • Goals, High 5 & Challenge • Put in by Staff but only if you report it! • Copies of activities and forms to • RVC • Staff
