Greenflame Pre-commissioning Checklist Boiler Serial No. _________________________________ Installation date: _____________ Model. _________________________________ Yes No Is the boiler on a non-combustible base? Is there sufficient access to the boiler?Have clearance guidelines been adhered to ? Can the combustion chamber door open fully to remove the ash pan? Is there sufficient pellets available to commission the boiler? Is the boiler wired to a permanent Live, Earth & Neutral 230V supply? Is there a power supply from a time clock/room stat at the boiler? Can both electrical supplies be isolated at the boiler? Is the flue pipe connected and sealed to the boiler ? Is there a draught stabiliser fitted? Are all bends 45 degrees (if applicable)? Is there access in the flue so it can be cleaned? If the commissioning engineer cannot achieve sufficient draught with the exhaust fan, does the customer agree to alter the chimney to achieve draught? Have flow and return pipes been connected correctly? Is the boiler connected to a buffer tank ? Are the automatic air vent and pressure relief valve fitted? Is the system filled with water and fully vented ? Is there auto by-pass fitted?
