  13. Kingdom of God PRESENT PRESENT FUTURE

  14. Kingdom of God PRESENT And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Mt. 9:35-36

  15. Kingdom of God PRESENT FUTURE The creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God.  For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now.  And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. Rom 8:21-23.

  16. Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

  17. Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. … the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. Rom 12:2b, NASB

  18. Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

  19. Give us this day our daily bread, bread

  20. Give us this day our daily bread,

  21. Give us this day our daily bread, Dear Pastor Gabe, Your refusal to part with your 20-year-old suit is a tremendous inspiration for me. I come from a country where "men of God" buy private jets, establish private universities, drive limousines, wear bespoke and  expensive suits, live in palaces, eat the best dishes, exploit the economic hardship facing their flocks, ( and some of them marry the most beautiful girls). I was a Muslim; but since Christ arrested me on the 'Road to Damascus' 6 years ago, I have been trying to establish a very personal relationship with this person who arrested me. However, occasionally, I am dispirited by the extravagance of some "men of God" who have turned Christianity into full-length business.

  22. and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

  23. and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. “For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you,  but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” Jesus

  24. and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy. ” Jesus

  25. and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. “Therefore the kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who wished to settle accounts with his servants. When he began to settle, one was brought to him who owed him ten thousand talents.  And since he could not pay, his master ordered him to be sold, with his wife and children and all that he had, and payment to be made.  So the servant fell on his knees, imploring him, ‘Have patience with me, and I will pay you everything.’  And out of pity for him, the master of that servant released him and forgave him the debt.

  26. and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. “But when that same servant went out, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii, and seizing him, he began to choke him, saying, ‘Pay what you owe.’  So his fellow servant fell down and pleaded with him, ‘Have patience with me, and I will pay you.’  He refused and went and put him in prison until he should pay the debt.  When his fellow servants saw what had taken place, they were greatly distressed, and they went and reported to their master all that had taken place.

  27. and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. “Then his master summoned him and said to him, ‘You wicked servant! I forgave you all that debt because you pleaded with me.  And should not you have had mercy on your fellow servant, as I had mercy on you?’  And in anger his master delivered him to the jailers, until he should pay all his debt.   So also my heavenly Father will do to every one of you, if you do not forgive your brother from your heart.” Jesus

  28. unforgiving forgiving “The health benefits of a forgiving spirit are incalculable. We are never closer to God, or more like God, than when we forgive! When we forgive, we are like the Father and like the Son. We say “to err is human,” and that is true. But the last part of that couplet is, “to forgive is divine,” and so it is. You are never more beautiful or noble or healthy than when you forgive, for then you are closer to God.” “An unforgiving spirit brings isolation and a compounding of our bitterness, and sooner or later it shows itself. Self-pity finds its roots here. Then comes depression as an unforgiving, offended self turns inward. We become even more fault-finding and hurt and unforgiving, then more depressed and emotionally unhealthy. Not only do friendships sour, but our own healthy relationship with God becomes insipid.” Pastor Kent Hughes.

  29. Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
