  2. Issue 1: The Market • Is there a market for recycling? • There is a growing awareness of recycling. • Thus, there is a sufficient volume of customers, as well as support from the government and several green companies. • Create awareness for recycling

  3. Issue 2: High Start Up • We need a high start up fees for all the inventories. • We can approach the government since the government is promoting green. • In addition, we can convince VC that our technology has low operational and maintenance cost, on top of our high efficiency.

  4. Issue 3: Threat of Substitutes • The idea is simple and easily replicated. • We can patent the technology and the bacteria strain used.
