Aims of WP 7 To define specific measures that will support the exploitation of the project results and contribute to their sustainability Exploitation of results that can be practically applied by potential users to communities and associations involved in both formal and informatl education dentification and encoding of the project experiences and results in a form understandable from policy makers.
