Headship license, pre-service training – 1 year program (1991, 1995) • Mentoring newly appointed head teachers – 1 year initial training (2005) • Leading learning – 1 year program (2006) • Program for leadership license – 2 years’ program, after 5 years of headship (2012) • Head teachers development – 2 years’ program, after 10 years (2012)
