  2. Who was Pemulwuy? NAME: Pemulwuy He was born in 1750 near Botany Bay , NSW and died after 12 years of resistance against the British -1802 NATION: Eora IDENTITY: He was a warrior and a leader of the 'woods tribes' or Bediagal clan. FAMILY: Pemulwuy had a son named Tedbury.

  3. Importance in the AboriginalCause Pemulwuy was a famous and strong Eora nation warrior who was well known for his attacks towards the Europeans. He was thought that He led his people in campaign against the invaders (Europeans, British) He fought with his people against the invaders for their rights and survival.

  4. Battle Strategies Guerrilla style planned attacks with a small number of warriors. These attacks were good because is was a surprise attack on the British. The areas he attacked were Prospect, Toongabbie, Georges River, Parramatta, Brickfield Hill and the Hawkesbury River.
