  2. G-TELP的歷史 • 1986年由加州州立大學(SDSU)的國際測試中心ITSC與ACT集團，共同研究開發。 • 對象：以非英語為母語之地區。 • 2000年起自加州大學聯盟獨立後，正式成為多國採用的國際英檢。
