It cannot grow in a location where frost can occur. • Economic Products • Coffee (2nd most traded commodity after oil) • Medicines (Ipecac and Quinine) • Lumber • Dyes • Largest woody plant family in the tropics • Approximately 13,200 species By Mills Rogers
