Experience Tellenio Technologies was founded by Vicente Rubiera, and Gerardo Fundora. Mr. Rubiera, and Mr. Fundora have over 70 years combined experience in telecommunications. Founders are former senior level executives. Mr. Rubiera was an AT&T executive. Mr. Fundora was an executive with Telcordia Technologies, formally known as Bell Communications Research (Bellcore), as well as BellSouth, Nortel Networks, and Somera Communications. Tellenio Technologies, has access to a number of associates who are experts in every aspect of telecommunications throughout the Unites States and CALA. We helped design and implement the NAP of the Americas, the fifth Tier-1 Network Access Point in the world.
