  2. Lead Without a Rope So many of the problems that horses have are the direct result of being confused by riders who are confused themselves. The horse cannot know what is expected of him unless, and until, the rider understands how the horse needs to have information presented to him so he understands what he is expected to do. People willingly follow a leader if they have a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished and are offered the opportunity to perform without pressure. Hear proven strategies for achieving leadership skills that will motivate and inspire people to follow using the element of “feel”. Relate with others at a different level by hearing the unspoken word, and understanding the unwritten messages being shared. Horse Whispering Explained 'Horse whispering' is a misleading term in that, contrary to popular belief, horses don't speak any human language (that we're aware of) and so whether you shout or whisper, there's not much chance you're going to get the response you were hoping for. The response comes from the connection you have with your horse using body language and touch. Traditional methods of command and control are not useful, as there are no bridles, ropes or harnesses.  Historically, 'horse whisperers' were thought to have magical powers that calmed a frightened or wild horse.  Today we know that it is not magic, but method.  The popular movie, The Horse Whisperer, has increased people's awareness of the possibilities of horsemanship from the heart.
