Objectives • To identify resources in Department of Computer Science. • To provide access to manage resources to different type of personnel.(data entry/update/delete/search) • To increase the accuracy of data and to maintain the security of data. • To minimize records in hands, thereby time saving. • To view data as report format. • To reduce the paper based material , hence minimize the cost. • To make faster and efficient in processing of information.

Search Information of resources • Editing,Updating,Deleting records • User Login/Different user levels • Request for needs computer or computer item and Notify for Technical help. • Confirm the request • Report generating(Daily,Weekly,Monthly request/Lab wise, etc.) • Getting Approvals for gate pass & issues other department.
