  5. Accessing [Tool Name] • [Tool Name] is accessed from our agent website, [Agent Site Address} • Click on the [Tool Name] icon. • The Login screen will be displayed. Type in your Account ID, User Name and Password information. • Click OK buttonWelcome screen will be displayed

  20. Quote Submission • From the General Information screen click Submit/Send tab on the sidebarThe Quote Messaging Available options will be displayed

  23. Request Type – Submit to Bind • In case you do not want to continue with the request to bind, click on cancel button on the email. The General Information screen will be displayed. Click on Submit/Send tab on the sidebar, the Quote Messaging – Quote Submission Options screen will be displayed.

  26. System Administration Access • You must be setup as an System Administrator • User / Producer Setup is the option available. Your office can add new users, modify existing users, or remove access • You are also able to search by user name.

Quick Tips • If you add property coverage to an existing quote, be sure to add the protection class to all existing locations otherwise you will receive the following error: • Utilizing descriptions simplifies working with multiple locations, buildings, and quotes. It also speeds up locating things in the system.
