CAUSES OF RDD • Cultural, Social, Political and Economic historical circumstances are believed to be the main cause of RDD • Research shows that RDD tends to impact all educational organizations. • Some studies have revealed that RDD is a result of unusually low levels of commitment.   11. CAUSES OF RDD • Colleges often don’t even realize they have RDD and mistake it for: • 1. Student indifference to education. • 2. Personal behavior problems in students. RSWANSON, HGTC
