LHC Monitoring Tool: Offline Analysis for Beam Intensity & Collimator Settings

This tool supports BLM and RadMon systems, providing data on collimator settings, beam intensity, LHC areas, Dcum, plotting vs. position and time, data export, and more. Future plans include expanding tunnel areas, integrating detectors, adding machine information, and enhancing the user interface.
