One Star Goal: Set and report one The Pinnacle Program: Member recruitment goal Positive Visibility: bulletin boards and more Open an enrollment period (Advisor) Induction: Welcoming new members Send an invitation Hold an informational meeting Invite, invite, invite Hold a ceremony The Annual Report Review and approve By-Laws

  3. Two Stars: all of the above plus… • Meetings: Agenda? Twice a month • Resource Packet: Did you get yours? • Officer orientation: Now! • Two membership drives • New Officers: You have been reported. • Research Honor topic—Two members! • Meeting with the College President • Verify chapter directory info

  4. Three Stars • Honors in Action project • Leadership roles in the HIA project • Collaboration: Working with others • Expert resources for HIA • News: sharing somehow • College Project: working with the Admin • Making History: record keeping

  5. Four Stars: More of the same and something new • Regional Meetings: Leadership, Convention, T3 • Regional Leadership: Inviting and serving others • Share HIA info with others • Hallmark entries: At least one following the rules • Alternate activities available

  6. Five Star: All of the preceding and… • HIA and College project entries plus one more • International participation • Annual Convention • Honors Institute • All officers do College Fish, Competitive Edge, and 2012 Honors Case Study Challenge

  7. Encore • Local projects • Fund raising: paying to play
