Up-and-Coming Changes to the LMS • Changes • New URL will be hosting the LMS • Updated to the most current version (We are 5 upgrades behind) • New Theme • Change in the documentation Category These changes will be made in December 2012
Coming in 2013 • Better reporting capability • New Self Registration • The Learner will register at the learning site • The registration will trigger a Jira ticket for approval • Learner is Approved • Learning begins • Video of classroom trainings & Webinars
New Category’s • Role Based Training • Adding Additional Role Base Training (we already do this for clinical staff) • OCHIN Products, Applications & Services • All of OCHIN’s products and services will be moved to this area • Train the Trainer Toolkit • Creating a train-the-trainer repository for all training documentation, exercises, competencies, and facilitator guides

Introduction WebUtils • Focus is on making it easier for the site specialists to do your work • Currently: • Workstations • Printers and • Order transmittal • Remote access • Next: • User Security • Coming soon to a webutility near you: • Provider Masterfile • Statement of Work Process (SOW)
Advantages • No One-Offs: As functionality is rolled out Security changes can be applied to all templates users are attached immediately. • New users are not given abilities beyond their scope/role through unknown copy user activity. • Immediate Site Specialist Management of Epic access and modification without testing.
Security Changes within Epic • All users with abilities within Epic of User Security will be transitioned WebUtils • Password resets can still occur within HyperSpace • Snapshot of User Security will also be available within Hyperspace
Timeline • We will provide training at the Tuesday Site Specialist Training for each of the Tuesdays in December • Request a couple of service area volunteers to test it for us through the first week of December • Go-live Monday, December 17, 2012
