  2. Experiment Setup • First simple test • 4 maps from StarCraft: • BlackLotus • Hellfire • WinterConquest • Nightshade • 10 different instances for each map(different positioning of the start and goal states) • 42 different weights from Korf’s experiment setup

  3. Results • Here you can see numbers of instances for each case(instance = map + positioning of start and goal states)

  4. Conclusions • We have a very low number of instances in which NR outperforms AR by the solution cost (~1.13%) • For each map of the four, Case 1 is found in specific instances only (over the 10 available) with different weights:

  5. Exploring Case 1 • Taking the “WinterConquest” map and 3 instances • Red circles = start and goal states • Case 1 can be found only in #2 • Can’t find any unique properties of #2 comparing to #0 and #1 instances # 2 # 0 # 1
