EXAMPLE : MODEL NAME : REF VCP063SH-RDA SET SERIAL NO. : 111110260169907474 MODEL CODE : 699 CALL UPDATION SCREEN : Ensure Both the model name & set serial must match with the Model name & set serial no. printed on the set. If any mismatch in Model name & Set serial no., the error “ Either wrong model name or Wrong Model code”, will be reflect on user screen while clicking on the update button. In case detail entered in webcms is matched with model name & set serial no. of the product & still error comes, mark the mail with complaint no. & model name & set serial no. picture of the product to concerned PSH.
