Online Catalog The online catalog provides access to books available in the media center. The HOME page also has shortcuts to the electronic databases and other useful links. http://destiny.guhsdaz.org
How to Use the Catalog • There are four types of searches – basic, power, visual and copy categories.
Basic Search • Basic search allows you to search by keyword, title, author, subject, and series. • Type in the find box and click the button for keyword, title author, subject or series.
Power Search • Power search allows you to be more specific. You can use the Boolean operators AND, OR and NOT. For more information on Boolean operators click here.
Visual Search • The visual search allows you to search by subject. Notice there is a category for specific teachers, college bound reading list and Reading Counts.

Results of Visual Search • Results provide a list of books available in the media center. • Click on title for more information about the book. • Title details provides a summary • Copies provides status of book
Copy Categories Search • Copy categories search has books grouped into several categories. Choose the category and click on the title so see the list of books.
