I selected a slide design that would be consistent throughout my slideshow, giving it a professional and attractive look. I also put my company logo in the same corner of every slide, insuring it was the same size. Again, this gives the presentation a professional and attractive look.

You can insert bullet points using this button to make the slide look organised and simple. I have written the title of the page in large writing with a professional looking font which will be consistent throughout the slides, your eye is automatically drawn to the title when you first look at the page, therefore is useful and informative. I have put all the following slides in bullet points on the first page to inform the viewer what information the presentation contains.
The layout of this slide is just as the last one was, maintaining a consistent design is an important presentation technique The information is put in simple bullet point which makes it easy to read and straightforward
These slides are very similar, all of them only have a table of information and the a title, along with the custom font, background design and logo. The slides are kept to a minimum as too not detract attention from the data presented. The tables have been previously made with programmes like excel then copy and pasted onto the side, you can copy and paste by clicking the right button of your computer mouse or track pad.
In this slide, pictures are shown. To put images on your slide show you must first select an image and save it to your computer, then you must press, insert>image and select the photo from your documents, you can then adjust the size of your photo to your preference and add boarders if you wish. The font has been changed here to show the subject’s titles, to change the font go to ‘home’ and select the drop down choice of fonts and select a font you deem appropriate.
These slides are similar to the ones highlighted in slide five, there is minimal information included as not to detract attention from the graphs shown, these graphs there created on a different programme and copy and pasted into the slide.
