CONCLUSION • Ce que l’on sait • Fibrome et infertilité • pas d’impact des fibromes SS sur la fertilité • diminution de la fertilité due aux fibromes SM et IM • Myomectomie • Fertilité restaurée par la résection des fibromes SM • Ce qu’il reste à prouver à propos des fibromes IM • Caractéristiques influant sur la fertilité : taille, nombre, distance endomètre • Intérêt de la myomectomie : licite dans un contexte d’AMP NP2-3 

  15. CONCLUSION • Bilan topographique rigoureux (echo, hysterosono, IRM, hystero) • Balance bénéfice attendu / risques d’une myomectomie •  Etude randomisée prospective grand effectif prenant en compte • caractéristiques des fibromes (taille nb localisation) • autres causes d’infertilité
