  2. Child custody is one of the most stressful and unpleasant experiences faced by divorced parents. To win your child's custody rights you will have to seek the help of divorce lawyers in UAE.

  3. Spouses can either file for joint custody or sole custody at the time of divorce. In sole custody, the responsibility to look after the child solely rests on a single parent. In most cases, the court grants sole custody rights.
