  1. Kapitalwert • Der Kapitalwert einer Investition ist die Differenz zwischen dem Barwert der investitionsbedingten Einzahlungen und dem Barwert der investitionsbedingten Auszahlungen. Co = Kapitalwert Ce = abgezinste Einzahlungen Ca = abgezinste Auszahlungen

  2. Aussagegehalt des Kapitalwert • Wenn der Kapitalwert positiv ist, ist die Kapitalverzinsung größer als der Kalkulationszinsfuß. Investition ist lohnend. • Wenn der Kapitalwert negativ ist, ist die Kapitalverzinsung niedriger als der Kalkulationszinsfuß. Geld zum Kalkulationszinsfuß anlegen.

  3. Beispiel - Interner Zinsfuß Anschaffungskosten 100.000 DM, Dauer 5 Jahre, Kalkulationszinsatz 12%. Zahlungsreihe siehe Tabelle, Versuchszinssätze 10% und 20 %.
