Speaker Disclosure slides for presentations • The Korean Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (KSOG) requires speakers to disclose any relevant financial relationship they may have had within the last 12 months. Each presenter must have a first slide pertaining to financial interests and make a statement at the beginning of their presentation. • This first slide must either: • If there is nothing to disclose, the slide must clearly state that using the sample slide 1. • If there is anything to disclose, disclose all financial interests using the sample disclosure slide 2 (an example for 3 conflicts of interest to disclose).

Sample slide 2 Disclosure I, (insertion of speaker’s name), declare the following real or perceived conflicts of interest in the context of the subject of this presentation: • Honoraria - Astra-Zeneca - Roche • Research grants - Merck (Korean HPV vaccination Study) • Serving as a consultant • Roche A conflict of interest is any situation in which a speaker or immediate family members have interests, and those may cause a conflict with the current presentation. Conflicts of interest do not preclude the delivery of the talk, but should be explicitly declared. These may include financial interests (e.g. owning stocks of a related company, having received honoraria, consultancy fees), research interests (research support by grants or otherwise), organizational interests and others (e.g. trips, travel, or gifts).
