Change • Find a partner not at your school and not in your base group • Find out an interesting fact about your partner that you did not know • Discuss facts you know about change • Find a new partner not at your school and not in your base group • Find out an interesting fact about their family that you did not know • Discuss specific behaviors that you might find with people impacted by 2nd order change
Saying goodbye • On the front cover of your old SR&R write a one sentence goodbye • Share your statement with a partner • Would you and your partner find one of the large cans in the room and throw away your old SR&R handbook
Start considering • Additional and revised definitions • State-wide reporting of violations • Move from a range of 1st, 2nd, 3rd consequences to a range of minimum to maximum • A reliance on judgment and a requirement to make the case based on judgments
