  2. Dayz Brief Description Dayz is a mod for Arma 2 where the player is plunged into a zombie apocalypse survival/horror game. You spawn in as a player in a world where a unknown virus has turned most of the population into zombies. Your goal for the game is to survive as long as possible without getting killed by zombies and other players.

  4. Main characters There are no main characters in this game you can either become a women or a man. Either way you have to survive.

  5. Charteristics of Characters In this corrupted world it doesn’t matter if your man or girl, Hero or bandit every person has the same charteristics: survival.

  6. How are Minorities Portrayed? There are different levels, you start out as a hero. Hero’s help people out and can go up to level 3. You upgrade by not killing players and doing good deeds. Bandits do the exact opposite they kill players on the spot, bandits can also level up to a maximum of 3

  7. How are women portrayed? Although women are in DayzI don’t think they are portrayed in any stereotypical way at all. Women have to fight and fend for themselves just like men do.

  8. How are men portrayed ? Men are portrayed as just regular men and as far as I know there are no stero types. But I know that more people prefer for there skin to be a man rather than a girl.

  9. Is there homophobia in your game? Dayz is not like GTA or other first person shooter games. There are no homophobia in this game unless a person who is playing the game has homophobia.

  10. How are people with special needs portrayed? Special needs are not included in Dayz

  11. Dayz level of violence From what I understand there is quite a bit of violence in Dayz not only are zombies trying to kill you but also players and bandits. But compared to games such as GTA 5 and Battlefield 4 it is not that violent.

  12. List all positive messages in your game Personally I wouldn’t know any positive messages in thegame because I have not played Dayz and I don’t think there is any positive messages in this game however players may have positive messages in side chat

  13. List all of the negative messages in your game As far as I know there are no negative messages in Dayz :D

  14. How young were you when you started playing Dayz? I haven’t played Dayz yet D: Personally I think that maybe 14-15 is a appropriate to start playing this game just because there is some swearing in the headset when you are talking to other players and in side chat.

  15. How many hours have you spent playing this game ? I have yet to play this game so I cant say how many hours I play but I would estimate to play this game 1 hour a day or so.

  16. Why do you enjoy this game ? Why is it your favorite? Dayz is my favorite game because I like the survival and strategy to the game not only are you trying to survive but you can have your friends join and build bases and repair cars meet people and all in all have a great experience :D

  17. What is video game addiction Video game addiction for me is not only when you play non- stop but also if you don’t respond to your environment or the people around you. If your grades start to deplete and your entire focus your entire life is focused on that one game THAT is what I call addiction. I’m not addicted to this game because I have yet to play it XD.
