Skin Testing in the G-P: Effect of Dilution and Digital Signals(Comments on the June 5, 1998 Experiment) The experiment presented here shows that a specific biological activity can be obtained by “informing” water. It sums up a body of research which demonstrates: 1) the existence of biologically-specific signals, in the form of electromagnetic waves; 2) the role of water in the transmission and “memorization” of these signals. The experimental procedure has two aspects: 1) the activation, by simple mechanical agitation, of a molecular solution at a normally inactive concentration (1 x 10-12 M); this agitation reveals an activity in all ways comparable to that obtained with a typical active concentration (1 x 10-6 M); 2) using an electromagnetic coil, transmission to “naive” water of a specific electromagnetic signal pre-recorded on a computer.

Technologies T.1.6.4 Blood coagulation results Interaction of a person (whole body? Hands? Mind?) with the heparin signal as shown by «Sandwich» experiments 1) Ca2+-containing water is exposed to the heparin (or water as control) signal. 2) The exposed water-Ca2+ tubes are mixed with plasma and distributed in 96-well plates, first by an operator (JA), then by a second operator (SKL), then again by JA.

Technologies T.1.6.7 Blood coagulation results Interaction of a person with the heparin signal: Results and Discussion When SLK processed the tubes that were first found active in the hands of JA, the activity disappeared, most often definitively. Subsequent expts showed that this negative influence could be exerted from up to 1 meter distance (not shown). We have located another person with similar activity. At this time (Oct. 2000), we do not know the frequency of these « erasers » in the general population. Nor do we know whether or not there exists a link between this effect and other documented « paranormal » abilities. This method provides a pharmacological tool to routinely investigate such phenomena.

Theoretical Considerations P.1 Molecular signalling The Current Theory:"structural matching" The Proposed Theory:"electromagnetic signals" The 3D structure of the ligand matches that of the receptor. Physical proximity induces receptor conformational changes which in turn triggers the cascade of events prompting cell function. Proximity favors resonance of ligand-receptor specific EM signals. Resonance serves as an amplifying mechanism for conformational changes which occur at all steps of the cascade inducing cell function.
Conclusion (2) (Homeopathy) These advances permit to envision: - the implementation of a remote digital quality control aimed at insuring the actual presence of therapeutic activity in homeopathic products. - the future manufacturing of purely digital homeopathic products.
Conclusion (General) • We can trigger specific biological effects with low frequency electromagnetic signals. • These biological signals are carried/transmitted by water. • They seem to support homeopathic activity. • They are sensitive to the influence of some individuals. • These influences may account for the difficulty in consistently replicating experimental systems, more than intrinsic variability of the latter.
More Conclusions and a Question The experiments presented here show unequivocally that the mechanisms instrumental in homeopathy do belong to the realm of contemporary physics and biology. Therefore they can be investigated by usual scientific procedures. QUESTION: How can we explain that, homeopathic practices being under world-wide attacks (mainly based on the lack of scientific grounds) from « mainstream » science, no efforts are made by the industry and the practitioners to use a small percentage of their income to support fundamental research in homeopathy? TENTATIVE ANSWER: a suicidal attitude?
