  7. About Us PRS PRS EC renders PMC, Quality Assurance & Inspection services as well as Geo Technical Services for various projects in Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Ferrous & Non-ferrous, Space, Nuclear Power, Textile, Pharmaceutical, Research & Defense fields.

  8. PRS EC also undertakes Inspection of various plant and equipment as well as Investigations & Confirmation of various activity related to Geo Technical Services at its sub-vendor’s premises with qualified and dedicated professionals. PRS

  9. PRS Checking of Quality Assurance Plan of contractors/ vendors and making suggestions. Undertake inspection and witness required tests. Inspection of material, plant equipment and structures. INSPECTION Inspection of received material at site to assess damages and recommend replacement measures.

  10. PRS Testing of material as per approved QAP. Checking of compliance report, if any. INSPECTION Issue of routine inspection memo. Issue of final acceptance certificate.

PATENTED TECHNIQUE DEVELOPED PRS We have developed a state of art technique for Power plant which helps for making coil edge preparation as required by purchaser, fabricator at any angle at OD & ID of Tube for better process control and welding as well as quick & mass production which saves over all fabrication time.

EXPEDITING PRS · Interaction with purchaser · Study and scrutiny of vendor's manufacturing schedule · Obtain and review of vendor's manufacturing schedule · Monitor vendor's progress and organise review meeting with vendors whenever necessary. · Expedite with vendors for submission of drawing/documents/spare parts lists etc. · Compilation of items, sub vendors and delivery based on vendors report. · Reporting / co-ordination between purchaser and vendor. · Expediting of dispatch based on inspection clearance and as per P.O. · Preparation of monthly progress reports based on the reports of progress of work by vendors. · Expediting services relating to timely delivery of equipments and supplies · Dispatch and delivery information from vendors.

  13. DESIGN ENGINEERING PRS We have a developed sections of engineers for designing and detailing of all types of static/rotary equipments and other general engineering related to petrochemicals, chemicals and metallurgical.

  14. DRAWING AND APPROVAL PRS Preparation of drawing for enquiry, floating and detail drawing for fabrication based on detail design. Detailing of data & legends, revision Incorporation and preparation of As Built Drawing. Drawing and design calculation checking and approval activity includes checking of detailing with reference to design as per code/ standards and marking of flaws for incorporation.

  15. PRS FLEXIBILITY ANALYSIS Study of information/ specifications supplied by the purchaser/contractors, preparation of isometrics, bill of quantity, General Arrangement drawings, Stress Analysis.

PRS FRACTURE ANALYSIS AND FAILURE ANALYSIS We are involved in pipe lines and critical equipment for analysis of special services like life assessment and failure analysis which is based on experimentation and computer results. We follow the technique like CTOD (MOD), K1CC, Stress pattern, Displacement pattern, Simulation Technique, Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC), Hydrogen corrosion cracking (HCC)

  17. SUPPLY PRS Valves: Ball,Gate,Check,Globe,Butterfly,Diaphragm, NRV,Hammer Blind NRV, Safety etc as well as various types of pressure & Temp. Gauges. Fasteners, Flanges and Forged items as per Standard Pipes, Fittings, Vessels, Power Cables, Inst.
