  4. Example • Your piece of sample is 5.5 x 5.5 cm • And the ceramic title is 14.9 x 14.9cm

  5. Example • To have the equal grids in both materials, calculate the following measurements: • If 1cm per grid in each of the vertical and horizontal side, then • 14.9 divided by 5.5 = 2.7cm per grid

  6. Example • With this measurement, you plot the lines onto both original color printout and ceramic tile. • The outcome should have 5.5 grids of each materials. • Then you may trace the image to the ceramic tile.
