What are affirmations? • An affirmation is anything you say or think. • You are using affirmations whether you know it or not, and these thought patterns have a direct influence on your emotions, relationships, career, health, and finances. • Law of Attraction—YOU GET MORE OF WHAT YOU FOCUS UPON

Where to begin??? • Begin by paying attention to your thoughts and beliefs, which are merely habitual thinking patterns that you accepted as a child. • Begin to consciously and thoughtfully create thoughts that please and support you, rather than sabotage you.

Positive Affirmations • Gratitude • Mirror work • Looking for the good • Watching for evidence that the Universe is supporting you • Recognizing the abundance that surrounds you • Limitless vs. finite resources
