Day Call Flow for Early Call (Weekdays 1200-1500) Early Call Team Take consults for transfer 0800-1500 Admits to themselves until cap of 14 patients Then admit to Late Call Team up to cap of 11 patients Then admit Remainder of Patients to Gold Medicine
Day Call Flow for Late Call (Weekdays 1500-1800) Late Call Team Admits to themselves until cap of 14 patients Then admit Remainder of Patients to Gold Medicine Handoff patients to be admitted to NF at 1900
Day Call Flow for Early Call (Weekends 0700-1200) Early Call Team Admits to themselves until cap of 14 patients Then admit to Late Call Team up to cap of 11 patients Then admit Remainder of Patients to Gold Medicine
Day Call Flow for Late Call (Weekends 1200-1800) Late Call Team Admits to themselves until cap of 14 patients Then admit Remainder of Patients to Gold Medicine
Night Call Flow (same for weekdays and weekends) Admit no more than 4 patients to Gold or up to 16 Handoff with the NAT occurs the next morning in the Jemez room Then admit to Night Accept Team until 14 cap (but no more than 6) Handoff with Early Call and Backup Teams occurs at 0730 in the Jemez room Oncoming Early Call Team up to 12 Oncoming Backup Team up to 12 Gold
