  3. 1. Home Page of eSuchi – Login Screen Go to respective esuchi URL in the browser Login using given credentials Click on Login Button

  4. 2. Dashboard Page Sample NP • Please check the dashboard • Click on Select File Button to upload CSV

  5. 3. Control Chart Format C - File Uploading – instructions page Sample NP • Click on Choose File / Browse Button • If your file contain deleted voters then click on checkbox.

  14. 12. Error Status of individual ward uploaded eSuchi– instructions page Sample NP • Ward will show red colour if any error is there • Click on Select Button near to that ward number to view the error

  15. 13. Locating Error and rectifying it for individual ward uploaded eSuchi– instructions page Sample NP • Locate the error, correct it & again upload .csvfor that ward only

  16. 14. View the voter list ready for review on eSuchi– instructions page • After correction, process will get completed, • Click on Select Button to view voter list online

  17. 15. View voter list on eSuchi & search voter (official use only)– instructions page Sample NP • View voter list online • You have option to search particular voter for verification & to check the correctness of list.

  20. 18. Remaining /Balance Voters message – instructions page Sample NP • It will give error, if some Remaining Voters / balance voters are there

  22. 20. How to Recalculate Remaining /Balance Voters – instructions page Sample NP • Click on Recalculate button to know the exact remaining / balance voters details, please rectify this, upload .csv file & again click to approve & OK button.
