Be able to hear different kinds of sounds. Be able to play unpitched percussion instruments. Be able to participate in a variety of world music.

How Can I Prepare my Child for Kindergarten? • Practice tying, zippering and buttoning. • Teach your child to print their first name with proper mechanics (Capital letter at the beginning only). • Let your child practice using scissors, glue sticks and crayons. • Practice opening snacks and juice boxes with your child. • Have your child practice memorizing their Student Id Number. • Practice identifying uppercase letters prior to starting kindergarten • Read to your child daily
