OS requirements • Redhat Linux AS4 update4（kernel 2.6.9-42),update 6(2.6.9-67),update 7(2.6.9-78)（server mode full install required） • CentOS release 5.3(2.6.18-128),full install required • SS3000-E supports the core product for the i686 i386, do not support other core. • You can type:uname –a check the system kernel

7. System management • Web Interface Login https://IPAddress:8080/wms web management interface default username/password：root/root123 https://IPAddress:8080/web billing interface default username/password：root/root123 • Linux ssh login Demo login

8. installation • Inspection before installation 1.Check the server's operating system is fully installed , make sure the server fully installed ! 2.Upload install package,include install.sh and SS3000-E_V2.0_Install.tar 3. Get the installation Serial number • Installation Steps 1.Login with root 2. Upload the two install package file to the server /root directory. And the implementation of the directory command chmod + x install.sh 3. In the / root directory execute the command . / install.sh to begin the installation

9. Installation verification • check SS3000-E Web process Use the command "ps-ef | grep jboss" see JBOSS process is open If there no this process , use this command : service jboss start ,start this process Check the process again,”ps –ef|grep jboss” • Check billing process(radius) Use the command "ps-ef | grep radius" see radius process is open If there no this process , use this command : service radiusd start ,start this process Check the process again,”ps –ef|grep radius” • check Web protection process Use the command "ps-ef | grep procp" see web protection process is open If there no this process , use this command : service procp start ,start this process Check the process again,”ps –ef|grep procp” • check billing protection process Use the command "ps-ef | grep radheart" see web protection process is open If there no this process , use this command : service radheart start ,start this process Check the process again,”ps –ef|grep radheart” • check kernel protection process Use the command "ps-ef | grep astheart" see web protection process is open If there no this process , use this command : service astheart start ,start this process Check the process again,”ps –ef|grep astheart” • check zaptel module installations use ztcfg-v command View zaptel is installed successfully. License Import • If the verfication is ok,you can type https://IP:8080/wms, If you can see the SS3000-E of the login page , the instructions to install successfully . • Ensure that the installation is successful, according to Gao Hong License application submitted by the company License process . License placement is complete, restart the server. Thus , SS3000-E installed

Test after installation • Confirm that the process is running Ps –ef|grep jboss Ps –ef|grep ghconsole Ps –ef|grep radius Ps –ef|grep procp Ps –ef|grep radheart Ps –ef|grep astheart • add two numbers from wms page , add account, configuration, billing rates from web page.then register with SIP GW,make a call between two numbers.ensuer the billing is ok • Execute crontab –l ,check schedule task • verify the license date Wms license:more /etc/asterisk/siplog.conf Web license:from web page about ,or use ghtool select 5
